Toronto Career Counselors

“To Thine Own Self Be True” – William Shakespeare

If you’re feeling stuck in your work life and are looking to change your career, truer words were never spoken. Authenticity, listening to and being the person you truly are in your work life… this is the key concept around which our career counseling revolves.

At The Right Mountain, we’re passionate about providing career advice to help people like you find their own passion. It’s not just about writing good resumes and interview advice (though we do that too). Our self-discovery process provides you with the knowledge you need to change careers to one that will make you truly happy. There is nothing more satisfying to us than that moment when you come in and tell us “I got the job!” and do so with a big smile on your face, one that exudes confidence and excitement about their career change.

For 15 years, The Right Mountain’s Toronto career counseling team has given career advice to hundreds of people in Toronto, helping them change careers to ones that inspire them. We’ve published two books and given hundreds of inspirational talks.

A fortunate few get up for work each morning with a smile on their faces as they look forward to every minute of their work day. These people got where they are by knowing who they are, what they want, and how to communicate it in an articulate and memorable way. Our Toronto career counseling program gives you exactly that.
