Who Is The Right Mountain Career Program For?

The people who participate in Career Program are individuals who have already been successful in one respect or another and are looking for a change in direction while keeping an open mind about their career options.

We don’t offer a “quick-fix” with our Career Program. People who participate in our program are patient and don’t expect easy answers though some 5-minute quiz. In fact, we are very much against quizzes. For us, career counselling is a complex process that is very much centred on the individual.

Our Career Program is specially designed for self-aware individuals who take the time to look into themselves. Not everyone is fortunate enough to have this quality.

Here are some examples of the types of people who have gone through our program:

• The Misfit Engineer – He never really fit in with the rest of his classmates in university. Right after graduating he started drifting in different directions. His career led him to lots of interesting and exciting destinations, but none of it seemed to be leading him anywhere in particular. Since completing our program, he has completed a Masters on an entirely different subject about which he is passionate and is building his new career with a large consulting firm.
• The Closet Community Builder – She never once doubted that she was in the right place doing the right thing. The answers she sought through The Right Mountain program, were about clarifying her own leadership values, strengths and interests. With renewed confidence, built on her past accomplishments, she recently accepted a promotion and an expanded scope of responsibilities.
• The Lost Salesman – In the past seven years, he has worked for 4 different companies. He was feeling disillusioned and was ready for a change. Working through accomplishments from all parts of his life, he rebuilt his career and life story and started looking in new directions. Through networking he connected with an entrepreneur and is now a partner in a brand new venture.
